The Holyoke Police Department's previous Website lacked production values consistent with the department's new direction and initiatives. Furthermore, the architecture limited information the department wanted to make available to constituents.

Working closely with Holyoke's Chief of Police, Anthony R. Scott, Silvana.Net redesigned the Police Department's Web site to accommodate an enlarged architecture with a simple, intuitive navigation structure resulting in a highly stable site for visitors from varying operating platforms and browsers.
